I live in the greater Memphis area. Can I pick up my order rather than having it shipped?
Yes! We've set aside Mondays and Fridays between 5 - 7 p.m. as local pick up times. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org upon placing your order to make pick up arrangements.
I ordered something that I no longer want. Can I return it?
Gift Wraps does not accept returns or exchanges. While all items purchased on this site are FINAL SALE, providing exceptional customer service is one of our top priorities. In the rare event that you receive an item that you believe is defective or not exactly as described, please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com. Send us your full name, order number, description and photograph of the defect. We pledge to resolve this situation with you promptly.
An item I want is sold out. Will you get more?
Because all of our fabrics and accessories are handcrafted, they are only available in limited quantities. If there is something you’re dying to have, please inbox us your request. We’ll see if our artisans can get more or recreate it.

What size are your wraps?
Doll Wraps range from 21 x 56 inches to 22 x 58 inches (give or take a few inches depending on the fabric).
Diva Wraps are 22 x 72 inches (give or take a few inches depending on the fabric).
Dear Wraps (Multi-Purpose) are 45 x 66 inches (give or take a few inches depending on the fabric).
What are your wraps made of?
Most of our wraps are 100% cotton. Many of our customers opt to wear silk/satin wraps underneath their head wraps to prevent moisture loss. You can find silk/satin wraps at most beauty supply stores for about $1-5.
I have not received my order even though it says delivered. What should I do now?
Nothing is more important to Gift Wraps than customer satisfaction. We will do everything in our power to make sure that your shipping experience is a good one, but we are not responsible for delayed, mis-delivered or lost orders that is the fault of the shipping carrier. The best way to find out what may be holding up an order after it’s been shipped is to contact the shipping carrier directly.
Stay abreast of your tracking information while your order is en route. If USPS does not leave your package, (the mailbox is too small, the mailbox is full, etc.) they should leave you a notice. However, sometimes they do not leave a notice and they hold your order at the post office for a couple weeks before it is shipped back to us. You can contact them for a possible redelivery or go to the post office with the tracking number and retrieve the order.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. We are working on a partnership that will allow us to offer time efficient international shipping at competitive rates. Check back soon!
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, Gift Wraps operates exclusively online with the exception of our Pop-up Shop appearances. Check the map at the bottom of our home page to find out our pop up locations. If you haven't already, join our mailing list, so you'll be in the know when we have events and studio sales.
Does Gift Wraps provide wholesale or consignment?
Yes! We explore wholesale and consignment partnerships on an individual basis to ensure that the arrangement will be positive for both parties. Contact us at email@example.com if you're interested in partnering.
